That's fantastic news! Glad your concreter can get the driveway done. Were you Council or CDC? We have passed lock up and had the kitchen, pantry and bathroom cupboards installed. Have to say that I wish I could clone my SS and send the clone to fingalbrad and thunder. He is great. He even rings hubby to give updates of what is happening. We've been given a rough estimate of 6-7 weeks after lock up for PCI. Building the Villina Grande Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 1951Sep 06, 2014 7:00 am Thanks Everyone We haven't packed a thing yet I don't think we believe it. I had a chat with our ss yesterday and he assures me that M will sort my kitchen issues its a no brainer. I am hoping our ss will move on to redwynne's job. I too wish I could send our ss to our online friends outside of Sydney. Dream home and Cello - how exciting you will be well and truly finished before Xmas ! Celebrations ahead Cello, your home has come up quite fast and the pics look great. Dream_home, congrats on an important milestone. I hope we finish by xmas too, don't want to have another 5 week delay. Keeping fingers crossed. When there is work happening on the site it looks all possible, but then last 2 weeks nothing much has happened because of the rain. Fingalbrad, we are going with santorini tiles too - avorio. Your floor tiles are looking good - it is bianco or avorio? Re: Masterton Homes - The next thread 4.0 1953Sep 07, 2014 3:27 pm We've just got our draft plans. Does anyone else have fc sheeting on timber battens on parts of the upper storey? We were expecting brick. We have followed the mastertons lead and go through everything without delay from our side but still got this bill. this is not fair. Has anyone have similar bad experience?? Put some money away if you built with Masterton, they are very slow, change 3 windows need 3 weeks time. for sure your approval will take more than 3 mouths if you go with council.
