Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Anyone building at Augustine Heights 3Sep 05, 2013 7:38 pm Hi Hunk (!). We're living round those parts currently. What is "Stockland Community"?? I only know of different areas like Brentwood Rise, Bellbird Forest etc etc. And what do you want to know about Augustine Heights in general? It's nice enough but the neighbourhood quality seems to vary quite a lot within the suburb itself. There are some lovely areas with big blocks and beautiful quality houses (mainly the older area it seems from my limited experience) but there are also areas full of cheap and flimsy rental houses all on top of each other (where we are currently)! When we bought investa said the suburb was bellbird park but all the information the builder has been given is Augustine Heights. So far I like it.
