I've seen that warning sign on the lot next to us. Re: Harvest View Estate - Epping 46Dec 21, 2014 11:41 pm Rishab told me they will fix last thursday or friday but i see that sign still there , hopefull they will do it quickly Re: Harvest View Estate - Epping 47Feb 02, 2015 1:22 pm Hey guys, wondering if anyone can help with some info. We've purchased a lot in "Stage 2 – The Citivista Release". Settlement keeps being pushed back, now March being the settlement month. Has anyone else purchased there? Re: Harvest View Estate - Epping 48Feb 02, 2015 1:37 pm Hi dyaqco, We purchased in stage 3 Nov 13 and they said land will be ready to build by March 14. But it was titled in Oct 14. I'd say once you see that the stage is complete, ask Rishav to let you know when they will lodge the papers. It will take 4-6 weeks for it to be registered then few more weeks before the land settlement. Re: Harvest View Estate - Epping 49Feb 02, 2015 1:41 pm Still a lot of digging and prep over there; March Would be hopeful. Land settled 07-NOV-2013 Colour Selection 18-FEB-2014 Tender 04-MAR-2014 Contract 11-MAR-2014 Building permit 02-APR-2014 Soil Scrape 07-MAY-2014 Slab Poured 02-JUN-2014 Frame complete 12-JUN-2014 Re: Harvest View Estate - Epping 51Mar 21, 2015 11:29 pm Hi all, New to the forums just wanted to share a bit of information and get a bit of feedback from all of you. Have purchased Land in stage 2 and have been chasing Rishav for information. Time frame keeps moving and I am finding myself very.... well my user name says it all. Have all of you had to chase info yourselves? if anyone from the other 2 stages reads this how many delays did you experience? Thanks all Re: Harvest View Estate - Epping 52Apr 04, 2015 4:19 am Hi all, Myself and my fiancé purchased in the citivista release stage 2 back in March 2014. We were told november titles, then November came and went and heard nothing.. Multiple calls and emails from my fiancé to rishav and still heard nothing, not even a email back or a phone call. Every time we went there to see him he wasnt there.. Finally I cracked it and called him leaving him a voicemail in a very stern tone about how unsatisfactory the customer service is and to not even be told anything.. Funny how when the contracts needed to be signed he could make a phone call or send an email.. Finally after my voice message (maybe because I was male and he got the picture I was angry) to him outlining my concerns he called my fiancé back and said it would be titles now late feb now it has pushed to late April.. And now once again April is here and still haven't heard about any progress from him and the site office is not there anymore and the website has been closed, we are not getting any information. I am getting concerned it may be prolonged even further. So I understand how you are feeling frustrated because I am too!! Anyway the reason for my post is to ask about fencing.. If and when our land is tittled how did you guys get in contact with the neighbors to organise fencing?? Cheers Brayden Re: Harvest View Estate - Epping 53Apr 04, 2015 9:59 am Hi Brayden, I know it's hard, but only thing that can be done at this stage is wait patiently. We were on the spot before and just to pass time we go on the site every week to look at the progress. After all works are done on the site, you still have a month or two to wait till the settlement. Regarding the fence, I suggest you get the details from whittlesea council when your house is at lock up stage or something. https://www.whittlesea.vic.gov.au/building-planning-and-transport/building/fences Re: Harvest View Estate - Epping 55Apr 17, 2015 4:28 pm Hey guys, I spoke to Rishav few days ago, told us now pushed back to end of May but this is just a "safe estimate". Totally over it, never seen or experience such bad service. Is anyone building on Anahit Drive? Re: Harvest View Estate - Epping 59Apr 23, 2015 11:29 pm Its City vista stage 2.i ve been in that area this morning . looks like there's a lot of works pending , including roads drainage noise wall etc..Not sure if they can finish by end of May. |
