Thank you. We are about to sign the contracts with them to start the building process. what are your thoughts about them, and have you heard any bad feed back? Re: Anyone in the process of building with S.c.h.o. homes Pe 3Jul 16, 2013 11:19 pm We signed up with them, all finalised... waiting for earthworks to start! So far I love them. Steve their sales rep is excellent, from the first time we spoke he was very informative, loved how he explained the process, replied to emails at all times, always happy to answer questions and seems genuinely trustworthy. The pre start consultant Tamlin is great also, she actually knows stuff - she doesnt mind chasing information on other products and nothing ever seems to be too hard or too difficult. I love how quickly they get back to me every single time. Always seem to want to do the right thing and I am very particular. We have built before so I definitely appreciate the difference! I love how professional they are, how they are always on the ball - if it was when shire needed more reasoning, when I had questions (and I had so many!), when they needed to make changes.. it is always in a matter of same or next day. Not many builders do that. I also appreciate how they take pride in their work, they recommend doing certain things not because it is easier for them but because it was better for the build or looks nicer. I am looking forward to seeing how earthworks, slab etc go - they have been so good so far, will be interesting to see how the rest goes! I did hear amazing stuff about the site supervisor so high expectations!! OH I do have one complaint.. their sign that they put on site - could look better lol Will report back The most definitive answer to your question James is this taken from the James Hardie Axon Cladding Installation Guide - i just happen to have it… 5 3596 I apologise for any confusion, but your understanding is correct. We approached our situation differently based on advice from… 11 53172 Thanks very much! And would the landscaper/contractor generally involve the engineer or is that something the client would do?
