Apart from your brickie taking all year to do his job everything else seems to have moved along quite quickly for you

The whole estate is filling up. Another block across from us was being scraped today.......there will be four houses in a row and me on my own opposite :cry:

Hey VJ and Newbies, the front of the house is going to be rendered so they have used ugly bricks at the front. I think because the brickie is a little..... shall we say unorthadox and has been stopping and starting in wierd place there are patches on the side where the mortar is still wet so it looks like the bricks are different along there but they arent.

Went and had a look at the house today and the bricking is done!! Yay!
Our benchtops are also in, didn't have the camera with me but here is my recreation of what I anticipate my finished kitchen will look like

Note the small coloured speckles I have added to represent the flecks in the ceaserstone and also the feature wall! :lol:
