As long as the slowness is due to the brickie being too meticulous! :lol:

When we also asked our SS about handover date, he didn't want to commit. He said lots of things are yet to be done and we shouldn't book for removalist or end our tenancy yet.

But our CSR told us 6 weeks to go.. and that was 2 weeks ago.. so we are hoping 4 weeks to go!

We had our tile appt yesterday and you wouldn't believe it- we walked out $12 in credit!!!!! I had set aside a couple of thousand thinking we would probably not find what we wanted in the standard range but we did. I was already for a battle with DH about spending extra, but we whipped in there, found what we wanted and didn't want a soap holder so actually ended up making money!

The larger tile is our floor tile (was tossing up between this and a lighter tile, but hopefully this one will be ok!) In the mainbathroom we are having the chocolate bricks around and on top of the bath hub and the latte bricks on the wall above the bath and in the shower. Our cabinets in the bathroom are a dark choolate colour.

In our ensuite we are having a smaller version of the floor tile to keep it nice and neutral in there.

The floor tile and the carpet were almost an exact match (although it doesn't appear so in this photo. Our kitchen cabinet colours are also shown below with the tiles , I think they look really good together!

We just went up and had a look, they did all that plaster yesterday!! Very exciting will get some photos in the next couple of days!

Great minds think alike! It was actually a really impressive builders range, they tried their hardest to get us to upgrade, but I honestly didn't like any other tiles more than the ones I chose!

OMG it looks like a real house - we're plastered. (sorry I'm pretty sure these are boring photos but just had to share even though my DH warned me 'how many photos of bloody paster do you think people want to look at' :roll:

I can,t wait until ours is at the same stage....you must be so happy with how it,s all going

I really like your tile choice...ours are similar(I think) :oops:

It was so long ago that we chose them that I,m not 100% sure and our samples have been 'misplaced' in our last move

We have the same in all of our bathrooms....we were going to have different ones in each of them,but it was hard enough choosing one let alone three :roll:

and I,m pretty hopeless with making decisions :roll:

It's only his alone until he has some brothers or sisters! Our door is woodland grey match on the outside ( I guess the same as our walls on the inside but that's actually the first time I've ever thought about it :oops:
