Sorry to hear about your bricks Sharee, but what a bugger of a job carting them away! Maybe they are using your bricks with my timber
Looking great on the inside !
Browse Forums Building A New House Mahogany - Simonds 214Oct 14, 2008 12:29 pm Hey Woodsey,
I just read your post here and noticed that you are building Mahogany(2400) with Sim. in Melbourne West. You know what thats actually same with us. We have recently bought land (corner plot) in Tarneit which is due to settle in January09. At a moment we are going to different display centeres for bricks, tiles, etc in order to finalise colour and product selection. We've finalised all the structural changes to our design and all have been advised to our sales consultant (Richard, who is yours?). He actually has been really helpful (so far!!). I was really wanted to get in touch with someone else who is also building Mahogany. I would really appreciate if you can share some information about building with S. I have got a sales advice quotation with all the changes, upgrades and promo included in it. I want to find out what are the other hidden costs that can occur down the line. Also which facade option have you gone with? We are going with traditional facade and making few changes into it to make it better as we found that facades they had on offer were way too expensive. And you if you want to see another Mahogany display house its in Deer Park (Central Park) which is Mahogany 2700 (4 Bed). Cheers Mihir Re: Building our Flagstone - Pics of our latest decorating! 215Oct 14, 2008 3:14 pm Hey guys, we have tiles!!!

Your house is moving along well!! Glad the bricking is getting a move on!! I actually think they were clever in continuing the inside while they waited for a brickie, atleast it meant that they didn't delay anything else at the graffiti!! My karma ran over your dogma Re: Building our Flagstone - Pics of our latest decorating! 218Oct 14, 2008 3:36 pm woodsey Relief something has finally happened hey so not too long now! we are at to the same stage inside, told all going well about 6 weeks but we would know more in about 2 weeks!! Mihir- as you know PM you some info Thanks Woodsey, it is a relief that something is happening! Our ss supervisor is telling us late November is realistic, (my bet is early to mid December) Re: Building our Flagstone - Pics of our latest decorating! 219Oct 14, 2008 3:45 pm Sharee, the most exciting photo was "bricks are almost done". I'm sure you were feeling like they would be still bricking when you moved in. Good luck, with the better weather hopefully the bricking will be finished soon.
Tiles look good too. Re: Building our Flagstone - Pics of our latest decorating! 220Oct 14, 2008 3:52 pm haywgl Wooohooo! Love the tiles Sharee! Great choices! Your house is moving along well!! Thanks Bel, I'm happy with the way the tiles have turned out! It was definitely a good thing they continued the inside while we waited for it to be bricked! I dread to think how long the build would have taken Yes the graffitti is very uninspiring, but I'm at least glad they did it on the window rather than a wall! of course there are legal avenues. You've already mentioned it. Sue them. I find it odd that lawyers wouldnt be willing to take on the case, given CCT evidence and… 1 23786 "Losers" "humanity" "off time" "your" "top notch" "love symbol" Sounds like ponzo is done using other people's toilets 36 23922 |
