David Reid homes are a massive New Zealand company who have recently expanded into Australia. There are two things to be aware of - - They build homes to a very high cost and standard. $19,000 per square is quite normal. - They are a franchise arrangement. To this end, there might be some difference between the quality of build and service among different franchisees, although there shouldn't be.
