Building with Henley in Eucalypt

Hi All,

I am planning to build with Henley in Eucalypt estate wollert (Northern Suburb).

Is anyone else building in eucalypt estate as well? or with henley?

Just wanted to ask, do builders negotiate in prices, than what they quote initially. Or how to approach to negotiate, say initial pricing is $240K (Including fixed site costs) how much to expect to negotiate, $3K, $5K etc. if any one has experience in this and can advise would be great.

Also, the site cost in Eucalypt as mentioned by Henley as $25K fixed, this sounds a bit higher, Also all builder have different site cost for the same block of land. Very confusing, do you know how much should this be around?
