Re: Land in The Boulevard Berwick 22Jan 13, 2014 1:09 pm Really? dammn could be a long wait then! hehe... Hope no one starts using it or such Second Build, this time with Carlisle 2016, can't wait! As soon our land settled and a building contract was in the pipeline they put our taps there! Even though we were not going to build for a good 6 or so weeks! So it could be quicker than you think. But its southeast water that install it, not your builder. Its kind of a bad move, because as soon as they put them in you have to start paying water rates Re: Land in The Boulevard Berwick 24Jan 13, 2014 1:24 pm just wants more money from us who ain't even living there yet!!! grr... hopefully it wont be too long as our CA mentioned ours have gone to ordering department as we received da approval and building permits last year... mind you a bit surprised as our land had yet to settle! I find that a little bit weird!! Yea I was quite angry as the builders from other houses used ALOT of water from our taps and I had to pay for a fairly high water usage! Needless to say this made me extremely angry! But there is nothing I can do about it Re: Land in The Boulevard Berwick 26Jan 13, 2014 6:34 pm stayxtrue oh your land hasnt settled?? and they put them in??? I find that a little bit weird!! Sorry meant we received building permit when land had not yet settled. Building permit 20/12/13 and land settlement on 24/12/13. Lots of Henley - ready built in stage 2 but havent seen a lot of Henley in berwick waters yet. Drove past heritage hills as well and wow nice big roads! you know what I am hoping they will expand grices rd cause it might be hard getting out in morning traffic and all Re: Land in The Boulevard Berwick 27Jan 14, 2014 7:20 pm Yep! Re: Land in The Boulevard Berwick 29Jan 15, 2014 1:02 pm Ahhh, you can see mine from the main road as you are driving in as mine is to the left, and there are no houses blocking mine for now haha! Na I didnt bother with it to be honest.
