Ambrosia Estate

Hi, we have just purchased a land in Zeus avenue. We will be building our home with Carlisle. We d like to get to know the estate better. Are there any safety issues? We read in of the posts about vandals breaking into a house. How would you rate safety in Ambrosia? Thanks in advance.

Hi Luckylux, we are building in Jupiter Crescent with Simonds and the only issue we've had is that our bath went missing, but they can't be sure it was specifically stolen from our house. Other than that we've had no issues at all (that we've known about).

I guess the thing with all builds is that there's always a risk, especially when no one is living in the street yet. I think the biggest problem is ex tradies who still have a master key!

Good luck with the build. I guess you are in the middle of that long and painful wait for titles right now!
