Hey guys,
I'm building a house at the ponds with Clarendon.
According to my tender I have paid my builder close to $3k for a H Class slab upgrade.
However, from a quick glance a friend told me that the slab used by my builder is only M Class. According to him, the H class slab requires some top bars that the builder subsequently decided are not necessary.
If this is correct I'd like to question the builder and get the 3k remitted. However, before I approach I'd like to make sure the Top Bar is the only difference between H Class and M Class.
Can anyone pls shed some light between both the visual and non visual differences between the two slab variants? Think a lot of builders recommend the H Class upgrade. Just not sure if they end up actually providing it.
Any comments most valued.
Cheers,
Sand
