Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jun 06, 2013 11:49 am Hi, my partner and I are building a home with Burbank. We are told that we cannot know the settlement date yet, ie when the home is finished, which is somewhat understandable. But when they do announce the date how much notice will we typically get? Aren't these home builders required to give a certain amount of notice? Surely these home builders must give some notice, Like not eg "3 days". We need to give notice for our rental. We need to give notice at our jobs. We need to organise removalists etc etc. We'd appreciate others knowledge or experience with this. thankyou, Paul.
