The colour on steel is dune. when it comes to paint and render, it can be quite hard for companies to match the colour. It may be possible that the render tried to colour match without actually using dune however even if the correct dune render colour was used, the end colour can be affected by the application (thickness/method of application). It is nearly impossible for a powdercoated colour on steel to match a render or paint colour. Diferrent surfaces reflect light differently and this is the case in 99% of homes if you look closely enough. That said, the picture you linked to is a fairly big difference but that fact that the photo was taken in the shade, not sunlight can highlight the difference, it will be less noticable in the sunlight.
