I suppose it is the interesting shape of yours that makes it look roomier--ours is a plain rectangle, both land and house. Just put a deposit down on a block in North Lakes (North Brisbane), so still very early stages. The land wont be ready to build on until March. Thinking of changing it to surf mist (and have been offered to do so at no cost) Will be a bit more obvious against the oyster bricks but at least match the gutters?
