Your house plan looks lovely and well suited for the Largs area. I love that the second bedroom is at the front. (If you want to look at oyster bricks, that's what we used! We love them!) How do you find the oyster bricks for durability? appears its only a coloured coating on the surface? It's a great area Re: SA Largs North First build 5Jun 06, 2013 1:07 pm Cant beat being bit more than 1k from the beach. My Build - SA Largs North First build Re: SA Largs North First build 7Jun 06, 2013 2:35 pm Its a well laid out house plan. Really functional with no wasted space, which is great. I hear great things about Rivergum, we are currently considering them as well. Hoping to make one small change - bring the wall on bed 3 in about half a meter to make a storage nook in the main room. 5m long room is a little excessive. Experience with Rivergum is very positive so far. Sales person is great to deal with, pricing is sharp and really try to make sure there are no surprises. Full engineering of the slab etc is done before signing a build contract. My Build - SA Largs North First build Re: SA Largs North First build 9Jun 06, 2013 2:51 pm Wow. Yes that is large for a 3rd Bedroom, storage nook would be great and blend in nicely. The sales guy we dealt with was great as well, the quote layout was so detailed and his service has been faultless so far. Really honest and forthcoming. Good to hear someone else is having a similar experience. Re: SA Largs North First build 11Jun 13, 2013 6:04 pm Yea, will still be ~4.5m so not small Going on saturday to get plans and sign the contract assuming all is good.
