No idea what the footings cost alone but the tender was dead on (as it should be as they take soil tests etc )
I didn't upgrade much but few i remember are:
Door handles to lever type ~$300 for the whole house
Front door to door with glass ~$200
Window locks ~$100
Overhead cupboards ~$2000
Most things were reasonable.

Kitchen is in, cornices are done, wet areas have been screeded, downpipes in and busted window fixed.

Interesting thing with the pantry - i don't think i paid for cupboards - was just expecting shelving.

Also looks like my front porch is going to be tiled - i don't think i paid for it but will take it
According to my plans i was not even meant to get a slab under the porch.

Updates have slowed due to not being able to get in (or have any luck someone being there when i try)
Here is a few photos through the windows.
Not much left really, bit of painting, few places the eves are still missing and roller door?

Managed to get in for a look friday night - back door got left unlocked.
Electrical is almost complete, Needs shower screens, a roller door, some paint on the exterior, door handles and thats about it.

haha those tradies aren't very good at locking doors are they, handy for you tho
