Re: SA Largs North First build - Bricking started & plasterb 87Dec 31, 2013 10:48 pm Looking fab - I drove past your place yesterday trying to get ideas for my own colour selections coming soon with statesman homes. We are also in Largs north but the older area near military rd so wanted to look at the new homes for my ideas. Great spot you have, so nice to be with all new homes. Look forward to seeing more of your progress. Re: SA Largs North First build - Bricking started & plasterb 88Jan 01, 2014 5:23 pm thanks I almost went with Statesman - they were quite good value but just didn't have the land that suited. Your place is looking real good and seems to be going up in a flash! cheers steve Re: SA Largs North First build - Bricks & Carpentry done 99Jan 14, 2014 2:11 pm Great so far, maybe a little lacking in communication during the build but got a good contact via email now which is working well. Insulation is all pink batts. Selections was easy with it all done at their new selections centre - didn't have pricing for everything yet but that should be sorted by now. It has been going up fast, last 2 weeks have been a bit slow.
