Transport: Railway/Bus etc Much appreciate for your feedback in advance. Thanks, Tings Re: Building @ The Glade Byford 2Sep 28, 2013 12:22 am The Glades is definitely one of the nicest parts of Byford, they are currently building a High School and there are primary Schools near by. There is a bus that runs through the Glades as well. Sometime next year they will be starting construction on a new shopping precinct. All this will add value. As far as the different parts of the estate there all pretty much the same it just depends on the land size you want as to the best part to build in. You are looking at between $10,000 and $15,000 for site works depending on the size of the house and slab thickness. As far as builders go it all depends on your budget. I have built with homebuyers, Ventura, content and now Ultimate homes and there is a huge difference in quality. I don't know much about red ink homes but they seem to be very popular.
