Just hoping everyone who develops around the estate builds large homes, especially since blocks are 700sq + Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 4Nov 15, 2013 8:55 pm Interesting way to develop & sell it off, All owned by the council. We tried to get a block but were unable to get the timing right...Went for a drive through there the other day and it looks like it will be a really nice area, very much like highlands on the other side of the netball courts. We ended up buying on the other side of the creek in Whitegum but was really impressed with grey gums!! Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 5Nov 16, 2013 5:20 pm We have bought in the grey gun estate. Has anyone finalised on a builder yet? Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 7Nov 17, 2013 8:23 am We have chosen 2 designs one at Eden Brae and the other at Clarendon, trying to negotiate a better deal. Where is your land located? Are we neighbors? Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 13Nov 17, 2013 9:21 pm I can't believe out of all the Lands we found our new neighbours already. We are looking at Eden Brae Newport and can’t decided on Clarendon maybe Wentworth. Which house are you building with Rawson? Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 15Nov 24, 2013 11:25 am hi guys, I've bought land in grey gum too, lot 19 regent honeyeater. We got told (well only after we called up) that our land is now registered. Mostly decided on a builder now, just need to get a bushfire assessment done as the one provided wasnt too favourable and didnt seem too accurate (was done for the whole development). Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 16Nov 27, 2013 11:15 am Hi inflames62 U are just behind us, u are on a BAL40 is it? U mentioned your land is registered when was that as I haven't received a notification of due payment. Once the land is registered we have 21 days to finalize settlements. 85 lots and only 4 ppl on this forum Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 17Dec 01, 2013 1:26 pm hi yes BAL40. our tender has a provisional sum of 58k to meet BAL40 requirements. still need to organise an independent assessment. went by the land on thursday, looks like there is grass growing over the lots now where it was just straw previously. a few weeds too even in the new strip of grass near the kerb. our conveyancer said it was registered, we have contacted the bank and waiting on reply from them. Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 18Dec 01, 2013 1:38 pm BAL 40??? we are just across smalls creek on white gum place and our initial BAL was 12.5, this has since been downgraded to BAL LOW during the CDC approval process. BAL 40 seems very high for the area in it's current state. I can understand it getting such a high rating prior to being cleared but not now...
