Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 402Aug 04, 2014 11:06 pm We are getting bank paperwork this week and the the builders do whatever they need then to start we had to redo the bank loan paperwork. What is your thought on what is happening we are so in 2 mind Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 403Aug 04, 2014 11:34 pm DH and I are thinking if the force the developer to reduce the size and open 2 new entry and exit it shouldn't be that bad Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 405Aug 04, 2014 11:51 pm No I mean state makes the developer to improve rds before it is approved Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 406Aug 05, 2014 10:06 am Jst spoke to Jrpp who said have to raise objection with council who will determine if it is a genuine issue at which point they will forward to Jrpp who will allow us to raise our concern at a public meeting. I let her know what council had said but she was adamant objection must be raise with council. Would be interested to hear what someone else is told when they contact them on 02 9228 2060 Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 410Aug 05, 2014 10:12 am Yes please try to call them and see what you are told we are getting the runaround it's ridicules Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 411Aug 05, 2014 7:43 pm I'm so glad I stumbled across this forum today! We own Lot 27 Regent Honeyeater which is the corner block opposite the proposed 5 storey apartment blocks; we had no idea plans had been lodged. We will definitely be putting in an objection to this development - we purchased our block on the understanding that whatever was built on Lot 39 would be no higher than 4 storeys. Aside from that, the shadow plans don't seem to show how it will affect our block at all. The plans seem to note a driveway exiting one of the blocks directly opposite our main living spaces, so we'll have headlights coming into our kitchen and living rooms every time someone leaves it at night. Also it looks like the bins are going to be situated on Blue Wren. Suffice to say we are pretty peeved! We would certainly appreciate your objections also!! Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 412Aug 05, 2014 7:49 pm Llemsi01 welcome to the forum sorry it's not to discuss something great like build progress. We are in fantail place and both myself and our neighbour have lodge our objection. We have also contacted Jrpp who have told us to lodge objection via council. Therefore I would suggest trying both as they are give us the runaround one says contact the other and vice Versa Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 413Aug 05, 2014 8:07 pm Thanks Wearemoving - we are due to move in 6 weeks from now so it's put a bit of a downer on the whole thing! Thanks for the advice - will lodge objections with both. I can't seem to find a closing date for objections - do any of you know at all? Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 415Aug 05, 2014 8:12 pm Well that's exciting, can't believe your house is almost done. As lot 14 swift has pointed out you can lodge objection via council website, some of us are also calling both council and Jrpp Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 416Aug 05, 2014 8:46 pm Welcome Llemsi01. Yei!! You moving in!!! Talked to council today. Yes they are the one who will listen to all the complaints. As we are the direct neighbour , notification has been sent out to us, though we haven't recived yet. If they find our objection is valid enough, they will give us chance to talk during the hearing. Writing another strong email tonight. Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 418Aug 05, 2014 9:31 pm Please review your contract document, you will notice that lot 42 on Swift Parrot Close is site for Townhouses. The development application JP 163/2015 is lodged to build apartments on lot 42 instead of Townhouses. Please object this point as this is a valid legal objection. In your contract document, you will also see 39 apartments in lot 43, 44 and 45 each. That makes total 117 apartments. In this DA JP 136/2015 they have applied for 185 apartments which is 68 additional apartments. Please object this point also. This is also a legal objection as it is in your contract. I have reviewed my contract and found above me. Please confirm if you find this same or not as well. Thanks. Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 419Aug 05, 2014 10:10 pm Such a great point I will send an email. Do you have an email address I can send this objection to in conjunction with the esubmission 3 22737 Petercurtis You able to contact the certifier and get a copy of your structural plans, if they are not in your contract.
