Re thinking this moving Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 365Aug 01, 2014 9:50 pm Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 366Aug 01, 2014 10:19 pm I don't think any reports from the 3 da shows the total amount of traffic. Each are individual report so reports shows that it is fine but as a whole it might differ. As the traffic on the intersection of Applegum and swift parrot will slow down due to the roundabout. Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 367Aug 02, 2014 12:45 pm 624 Car space for the 8 buildings 37 residential homes 2-3 cars each 1 childcare Could this means easily 300+ cars to exit Swift Parrot Close onto Applegum Cres when we can sneak onto it with a roundabout just a few meter up to further block the traffic? I don't think I would like the idea of at least 5-10 minutes to exit the estate in the morning. Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 368Aug 03, 2014 7:17 pm Realistically can we stop them from building these apartments and the childcare? I would rather sell the land then building a house facing a 5 story block. Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 370Aug 03, 2014 7:19 pm @lot4swift we are not even facing the apartments and are thinking about moving out of the estate before we move in Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 376Aug 03, 2014 7:30 pm @lalabk do you think they will hold a council meeting open to public so we can raise our concerns re the apartments size, traffic and opening more rds into and out of the estate. Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 377Aug 03, 2014 7:32 pm Don't think they are but is enough of us raise the issue it might be different should maybe look at the advertising that they have as it could be classified as faulse advertising and someone did something wrong. Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 378Aug 03, 2014 7:34 pm Our original contract document shows lot 42 is proposed townhouse. We uploaded that document objecting the development plan. How soon you guys think we will be able to know whether this is rejected or not. Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 379Aug 03, 2014 7:35 pm Yes maybe if we all come together it will work. I remember seeing minutes from meeting open to public when they were making the decision to subdivide the estate Re: Grey Gum Estate Kellyville 380Aug 03, 2014 7:38 pm I don't know the process in objecting so if someone could tell me how to do it. I'm happy to raise my objection. 3 22678 Petercurtis You able to contact the certifier and get a copy of your structural plans, if they are not in your contract.
