Early days but things are going along swimmingly, however I believe that for most people their builds run over (this is what I've been told by neighbours - i.e don't expect anything to be finished before 12 months regardless of what you've been promised). So for those whose builds did run over - at what stage did you encounter the most delays? I know the longest stage is between lock up and PCI - is this where there were the most problems? Thank you. At times, one can run into difficulties getting a carpenter to quickly finish a frame to the required standard.
