Browse Forums Building A New House Re: BUILDING IN MANOOKA VALLEY CURRANS HILL 565Jun 19, 2014 4:27 pm Hi all Well we moved in officially on the 28 of May. We had the keys the week before but moved in slowly over a week. We built our back yard garden bed on the weekend. I planted 58 plants and my husband has been moving about 6 tonnes of dirt on his own and still has about 2 tonnes to go ! We have had our fence finished off and are now waiting for our gates to be made. How have everyone's plans going? I'm sitting at the park typing this looking at all the new houses going up very exciting to see!! I'm hoping to start on my front garden this weekend so if you see me out the front digging feel free to stop by and say hello we have noticed lots of people driving by slowly lol ...oh the memories lol that use to be me driving around new housing areas checking out brick colours or fence types etc etc Also not sure if everyone knows but a few lots from stage 1 or stage 2 have been re listed for sale so if anyone is interested maybe give sasha a call. Sounds like you both have been working really hard on that garden! Our house is coming along well, we are getting our roof tiles on today and they have everything there for the brick laying as well so that might not be too far away either, its so exciting going out and seeing something new, So glad we are building! If the weather is nice we will be at the playground having lunch on sunday if anyone would like to come say hi.
