Don't different builders have different definitions for "stages"?

If you mean after lock up... All internals being fitted... 6 weeks!
Our fixing stage invoice (last payment before completion) was given to us on the 22nd of April, and we have handover scheduled for 20th of June. So Almost 2 months.
