Stamp Duty Refund

Hi Guys,
Did any body apply for stamp duty refund?
Can you please advise me the process on how to apply it ..
I know we will have to fill 53c PPR form ... but where do we get the stamped Transfer of Land ?
what is the procedure to apply ..

Hi, if you did not get the PPR reduction when you settled your land, then I would go back to your conveyancer and get them to help you.

Your conveyancer/lawyer should have the stamped transfer doc; it does get sent to you normally when they wind up the file post settlement. Ask them.

1st Home Buyers Concessions

or if it is gonna be your PPOR (principal place of residence) within 12 months of the settlement date.
if you are also first home buyer, you get further stamp duty reduction.
