All internal work will be done and i believe your kitchen and cabinets will go in soon and waterproofing in the wet areas. Honestly, give it 7 weeks and you should be almost in your final inspections! Also just picked up the keys today! Hey cpl! Re: Building henley Monaco Nouveau Q1 - Our thread :) 88Jun 27, 2013 1:08 pm Hi mtz08 have checked we have no step-down to our garage. Spoke with one of the admins and they confirmed this. Wonder why you’ll had to take it and we didn’t??? We are now in lock up stage--- fixing stage. Our plastering is 80% complete and the kitchen will be fixed next …. Wows so exciting that things are going smoothly. We should be expecting the stage 4 invoice in our mail any day.
