Yeah, they did the same for us, with the same response. The tender appointment (as described above) was great, as was our colour appointment. I think they are victims of their own success and are trying to clear people as fast as possible. However, if you take your time and slow things down, they (appear to) respect that as well.
So far, our CSR has been OK, colour selection person was great, as was the guy from Solid Rock Landscaping. The home theatre guy at E-HOME was fine, but a bit slow. YHC (Electical) are pathetic, I still haven't received my electrical plans.
However, as the land settlement has been delayed by 2 months, I don't mind letting them take their time a bit more. I'll just blame it on them.
