I was saying to JC, but but they're like my friends, haha. Its funny when you see progress on your house and you're all like 'must take photo, must upload to forum' haha. And yea they will rue in it and fix it up later for us it was just easier to do it after the build as we don't need to cut into brick , it's now looking like a house Re: Goodlife/Gemmil Bravo Build - WIR design pics - love! 568Mar 06, 2014 12:31 pm turtleschell You get a pretty good amount back when you take out the shelf and rail, think it was something liek $450 when I did it at Prestart. You shouldnt get charged a variation. Tell them quickly. Vision decor has the cheapest sheer curtains and a great range. They can also do the wave heading/ripple fold hanging style, same as what the Madison has. Get them to come see you and show you their range. So I got a quote from Vision.. $7k! Compared to $14.5K from Australian Curtain Industries. Jeeebus! Were you happy with your installation? Looks like we'll be going with them Our home building & decorating blog - http://www.rocknsoul.com.au/blog Re: Goodlife/Gemmil Bravo Build -External render & ceilings 569Mar 07, 2014 6:27 am It's amazing how big the price difference can be! Are you havin curtains or blinds Re: Goodlife/Gemmil Bravo Build -External render & ceilings 570Mar 07, 2014 9:15 am Both. Those quotes were for Wood venetians and sheer curtains. BUT last night we put all our measurements into blindsonline.com.au and all our venetians came back at $1899! I've heard good reports about them so might give them a go. They are Australia wide but will take 6 weeks so we better order them now. So many things to pay for at the moment! Goodlife/Gemmil Bravo Build -External render & ceilings done 579Mar 12, 2014 4:12 pm We got the sample piece of Venetian, but I want to compare it to the ones in masters before we go ahead and order. We will probably go with Bay City pools for a reconditioned one when the time comes, we've decided to do our landscaping and just grass everything for now to not put ourselves under pressure. I thought the expo was a bit of a waste of time for us, $10 entry, bit steep! Thanks - yeah can't believe we have plaster! Have you driven by lately?
