Bought land in stage 42 of riverside last October 2013, god knows when registration will be, just super happy to see the land has started being levelled now.. Hoping to keep informed of how everyone is going and of any news/gossip that might be circulating thru the forum Re: Spring Farm Riverside *stage 31* 163Jun 10, 2014 3:14 pm Welcome to the forum, glad you could figure it out! My wife and I also bought in stage 42, I started a topic dedicated to stage 42 here viewtopic.php?f=31&t=70975 just so you know. Which builder are you using? And I originally got told September when we first bought, have you heard anything different? Cheers, Isaac. I watched it. What are everyone else's thoughts?? For me it still makes me worry that they could do that to us all as well but for my husband he thinks that it's positive cause they won't won't further bad publicity. My issue is that after reading the council minutes it seems the issue was because they didn't have the money to pay the council the money they owed... Does that mean financially they are in trouble and if so what happens to our deposit if they go bankrupt??? Does that mean financially they are in trouble and if so what happens to our deposit if they go bankrupt??? That was my thoughts exactly after watching the video. I now feel like it might not just be an isolated issue with one stage but that future stages might also have many problems. I'm not sure what happens with the deposits but we can only hope that all goes smoothly from now on! Re: Spring Farm Riverside *stage 31* 170Jun 14, 2014 8:37 pm Riversidedreamin Thanks so much.
