This is our first home and we are itching to move down and get our two young kids settled there... we bought the land in May, being told registration was August latest.. now we are being told Jan/Feb, but bets are placed it will be March. Not to mention having to keep reapplying for the mortgage and the stresses that that can bring in the meantime.
