Epic fail!!! The builder will reimburse us for the TWO new set of under cabinet lights but it means the whole cabinet needs to come down sigh more delays Design by Greater Concept - modified version Evolution Court Build by Premiere Homes My build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64854 Re: Butterbing Corimbia - Greater Concept / Premiere Homes b 983Mar 05, 2014 5:43 pm Good that they will reimburse, but such a pain about further delays My Build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64881 Re: Butterbing Corimbia - Greater Concept / Premiere Homes b 984Mar 05, 2014 6:59 pm That's annoying! Can you let me know who you're going with? I'm looking at $150ish psm laid for mine which is quite high compared to other prices I've seen but I love the actual granite! Laying cost is $75psm and would love to bring this down. Thanks for any help you can give Re: Butterbing Corimbia - Greater Concept / Premiere Homes b 988Mar 06, 2014 10:27 pm Kirstenl Hey Butterbing Just saw you will be going with granite pavers!! See PM haha! Butterbing Corimbia - Greater Concept / Premiere Homes build 990Mar 07, 2014 8:06 pm Nothing done to the house today sigh!!! Another day wasted We thought it was time for some more retail therapy lol We've been looking at this water feature from day 1 we even added an additional peer to our alfresco so we could have a central water feature rather than a peer in the middle of the alfresco. Saved almost $1000 by waiting and bidding on eBay for the item rather than buying directly from the company... So far we have saved $$$$ on our carpet, bedroom furniture, wallpaper, entrance mirror, water feature, theatre tv and new Manchester by waiting and buying at the right time basically everything we have preordered for the house lol Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ This will be placed in the middle of our alfresco area and will be attached to our rear retaining wall our paving will run all the way to the back fence and we may put a couple if pots on either side if we think it needs it other wise we will leave it nice and simple We have stuck with our stainless steel theme here's some pictures This one has always been our plan A Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ With water on Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ With water off We need to supply our own lights and rocks but everything else is included. Size is 2400x1440 and our peers are approx 4m apart. We also have a rear limestone retaining wall which is approx 1200 high that this will sit in front off. The paving is all black granite. Re: Butterbing Corimbia - Greater Concept / Premiere Homes b 992Mar 07, 2014 8:57 pm Our builder has been moving along so I can't complain but with PCI meant to be only 1 week away and still so much to do its frustrating.. Imagine how frustrated I'll be this time next week if the list of items doesn't start getting ticked off lol Design by Greater Concept - modified version Evolution Court Build by Premiere Homes My build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64854 Re: Butterbing Corimbia - Greater Concept / Premiere Homes b 993Mar 07, 2014 9:21 pm It doesn't look like they have much left to do. Must be very frustrating when you're so close. I suppose they've still got the time between PCI and handover but I suppose you'd prefer it all done before PCI. Re: Butterbing Corimbia - Greater Concept / Premiere Homes b 994Mar 07, 2014 9:30 pm It's mainly painting, cleaning and the frustrating scullery under cabinet lights. The lights are holding up the kitchen splashback and tiling which makes the kitchen look unfinished... Once these items are sorted the house will look finished... It won't be finished but it will look finished lol Our front window also still needs to be straightened it doesn't even close all the way and I want our building inspector to have a good look at our roof tiles with us...Everything else is just minor.. We are also doing water feature but cannot decide what look we want. Butterbing Corimbia - Greater Concept / Premiere Homes build 996Mar 07, 2014 10:33 pm LeanneR Love your water feature. We are also doing water feature but cannot decide what look we want. Ours is from crave designs they have a few different designs we were torn between just going the SS or going for one with cascading rocks but still with a SS base... Size won though with the one we bought the biggest and best value for money I still like the other style as well but happy with our decision.. If I didn't have kids I'd also go for something with more of a water fountain effect but I knew this would be a disaster with the kids so again this is a happy compromise Here's a picture of the other design we liked its a lot smaller than ours though and we decided although we liked it with the paving all being black granite it may of blended in too much This one was approx 1500x1500 This was plan B but we've bought plan A now so hope we don't have regrets later.. Can't wait to see it! Re: Butterbing Corimbia - Greater Concept / Premiere Homes b 998Mar 08, 2014 12:53 am You've just "inspired" me to look into an idea of a water feature. These are great!
