PS council will charge you about $13,000 for dual occupancy fees on top of your normal DA fees If you go project home - there are a couple who will do dual occupancy (integrity new homes comes to mind) you are probably looking around $1,000m2 for the house. If you go a custom build you will a smaller builder you are looking at $1100- $1200 plus design fees.
