Were getting about 65mbps compared to Fuzenet which feedback was saying it was around 8 to 12 mbps. I emailed a month ago to upgrade my data limit. Haven't heard back. Clearly they must be making so much dosh they don't need any extra from me. Have tried calling 3 times and been on hold between 37 and 48 minutes per go! And yes, speed is only 8 - 12 mbps. Their facebook page has bad bad reviews but they don't seem to care. My tenants in Tapping complained all the time to me about Ewire/Fuzenet, but said they had no other choice. AusBBs have been very efficient so far and they have called back when they say they will.
