Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 16, 2013 12:29 am Can anyone tell me what this move in pack about?? My partner and I are planning to build our first home with Henley, but still tossing in between Montana Q1 and Gevena Q2? Can anyone give some advises? With Henley, they don't seem flexible with changes. For example I would like to move master suite to the middle of house in Montana Q1's plan. I was told they wouldn't be able to do that. Does anyone experience that? We are building in Allura Estate. Re: Henley Move in Pack 2May 16, 2013 7:35 am Hi muffintop06. I'm not sure about moving a whole room elswhere but we are building the emperor n Q1. We added the option of a master downstairs but we did change that bathroom layout. We moved the shower to be able to make it a double, and in doing so we had to move the toilet. It cost us an ext 1700 but the was mainly due to needing extra tiles and more glass. From my experience, Henley has been quite flexible regarding floorplan. I added walls and added vanity in wc. Just ask the sales consultant to request the change to head office, if she comes back with "no", then it is what it is. But there is no harm in pushing the sales consultant to request the moving of master bed. I saw the floorplan, it should not be a big deal to move master bed to middle - it's like swapping the master bed with the minor bedroom. *finger cross* I have a home gym at home. It weights 150KG including the weight stack. I'm a big boy, around 150KG myself. I was thinking about moving it up stairs to the second… 0 6294 3 6389 Hi, If you give a set of criteria as to what means 'good' to you, it'll give others prompts to respond. We considered Henley early on but there were two factors that… 1 10440 |
