Im a first home buyer/builder building the Naturaliste with New Generation Homes in Parkland Heights Baldivis. I made a few minor changes to the plan as you can see on the left. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Build Progress Shortcuts Brickwork 1 & 2 Front Rendered & Roof Started First Variation Roof is up Green float and Ceiling Plastered and locked up Kitchen is in Appliances, electrics and pavers Paving and shower screens Painting finished Render painted finally Blinds installed Lights installed Floors laid And my selections. kitchen benchtop, cabinetry will be black. Bottom right dark grey is my floor tile. I dont have a start date, but reading Jessies build her new gen brickies said they do 1 house a week, so im hoping they will go from hers onto mine Render I did of the master bedroom and ensuite.
