All that time agonising over colours was certainly worth it. Be in for Christmas you think? Amazing to think we were at hopetoun checking things out at the same time now you look ready to move in! Re: Meowsy's Montrose-new pics galore 183Nov 20, 2013 9:30 pm Wow your house is looking great!!, can i ask i'm about to do the houptoun/ tiles experience, you have any tips and can i ask how much should i budget for change of the internal doors, and wall to ceiling tiles in the bathrooms. I love your taste! we are doing the same kitchen set up but darker floorboards and i think are tiles might be the same. The pantry you do sliding door? is that expensive to do? Re: Meowsy's Montrose-new pics galore 186Nov 22, 2013 7:43 am Looks beautiful, love your tiles and the flooring! Re: Meowsy's Montrose-new pics galore 187Nov 23, 2013 2:15 pm Thanks all Ondrej- I think.the doors were around $100 each, the.cavity sliders around $400 , floor to ceiling tiles,.an extra couple of grand, plus about $800 for extra noggins, hope this helps! The tiles are cat 2 so if you had more exxy ones the cost would easily skyrocket! Best advice I can give is to go to national tiles and hopetoun as many times as you can, and take samples.home of everything you are considering 2 Our build: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=64705 Re: Meowsy's Montrose-new pics galore 188Dec 08, 2013 8:09 pm Quick update to say, PCI went very well, we're well and truly in! Its by no means a big house in terms of new builds in suburbia but it feels so open and spacious, I'm so pleased. We have made the most of the space with a couple of slight changes to floor plan. Because we didn't stretch our budget with land and house sizes, we were able to spare plenty of cash to comfortably make it really nice with upgrades and not be restricted for things post handover. Bring it on! -) Hi Meowsy May I ask what those doors are ? Balmoral PBAL 2? or Impression CMB? Thanks Re: Meowsy's Montrose-what a ride.. We're in! 196Jan 12, 2014 8:13 pm Scott, thanks.
