Re: Bluestone Mount Barker / The Orchard Thread 243May 29, 2013 6:45 pm I am SO ANGRY! I don't understand why they all tell you "sign early get it all sorted prior to settlement and we'll be ready to go when you get titled" Clearly that is total crock!! They only have to wait another month or so, so it's not as bad. But yeah, seems its true! Pretty bad really and Not fair at all. Build thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=63784 Re: Bluestone Mount Barker / The Orchard Thread 248May 31, 2013 9:19 pm Damn straight! That's why I'm pulling out the fancy cutlery tomorrow! We raised our concerns about it with M too and they have been working hard to make sure this is the case. We got a call (after hours!) from the sales manager tonight to confirm that, yes, we are all on track with council and that they had spoken with the land office too. Basically, we are getting approval pending land title. Build thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=63784 Re: Bluestone Mount Barker / The Orchard Thread 249May 31, 2013 9:49 pm That is amazing news!! Well done Detective Elle... What a result. Deep sighs of relief all round I'm guessing!!!! She, and the head engineer, believe that it will start in July because settlement on the new part (that's just been finished) is coming up soon and if they don't move on it they wont have any more revenue until next year. Onto my first coffee at the moment so not sure if that makes sense! Build thread: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=63784 Re: Bluestone Mount Barker / The Orchard Thread 252Jun 12, 2013 9:11 am I don't understand how they expect to start if they don't even have all the subdivision stuff etc done yet! Mine definitely won't make sense I haven't even made it to the kitchen for a coffee p.s. been waiting 3 weeks for a soil report playing the patient client rang up yesterday "nothings been done as subdivision for the land hasn't gone through yet" why didn't someone call me "there was no progress to update you on" face palm... Whether anyone else has signed house contracts etc or had any progression or if maybe we know of any orchard new comers yet? We have somehow gone backwards and are back to house shopping but hoping we can hear an update on all the roads etc in a week or so after the monthly meeting for the development!
