They valued the land 5k less than 3 weeks ago and the valued the house 20k under.. :\ Overall it ends up meaning a higher LMI as our LVR has gone down, and a shortfall of about 6k.. not too bad i guess! I just got an email from our conveyansor yesterday that the plan of subdivision has been lodged and will register "shortly". But not sure how long is "shortly"... any ideas how long does it take from lodging plan of subdivision until the land titles? Is the settlement 2 weeks after or can be done straight away??? Who can drive the settlement to happen faster? Thank you!! they just finished tiling yesterday... very excited to move in! We were surprised when we visit the other week the round about in Marquands road is almost finish. Anyway, I called Allura yesterday, the safety fence to Stage 8 / Stage 9 will be removed this week. probably the roundabout and Elmhurst road will also be open! My conveyansor is still waiting for Allura to confirm settlement date. Henley has also done the soil test Good riddance if you ask me.
