I actually used my colourcselection from Henley’s .. only difference was tiles (they use hynes) and cabinetry Exactly what i did. I got inspiration mainly from Henley, then mixed with a few others. My facade colours were like the one of the Henley sahara displays lol Here's my inspo for the exterior and interior Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Building the Votivo43 - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=88553 Looks lovely! I really liked Henley but they won't build our house up (We didn't want a cut n fill) I have selected black wenge for kitchen top cabinetry and oak for the bathrooms
Black Wenge will look similar to this. Btw, does anyone know where I can buy those low stools like in the pic? I've uploaded the plans onto my blog ardentoulouse.blogspot.com.au We are just waiting for permits to start
Nice floor plan. We are still far from getting permits. Just did the colour selection last Friday and didn't get time to do the electrical so will need another appointment. 😥 Re: Arden Developments 2924Jan 21, 2018 10:03 am Was anyone able to get own installers to do rough in for alarm, CCTV and intercoms during frame stage? I was told we could as they will turn a blind eye on it but curious to know how true that is and if anyone has done that. Also, curious to know did anyone provision space for microwave or is the plan to just have it sitting on top of the bench? We were told that we can get these done externally since most the cctv and alarm models they offer are basic... ensure it is noted in your tender and contract documents though ... _________________________________________ Regards Manj https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=88256 Arden Developments 2926Jan 21, 2018 10:25 am You can get microwave house built into island bench if you want, cost approx $500. We originally had it there but we also have a pull out built in bin and we couldnt fit both so we moved it to under bench top in pantry - now I think I prefer it there.

Manj - I suggest waiting for your energy assessment before you add the extra insulation (unless that is what you actually want). They will tell you what you need to upgrade once they do your energy assessment. There are a lot of factors that can affect it. Block orientation - definitely. Size of windows/glass doors. (I've changed mine in the ground floor so they are the same size in the theatre, living, dining. I also have a 4m+ wide biparting stacker door to the alfresco) Material - are you going hebel or bricks? Your actual location. When my energy assessment came back they only asked us to change a few things: - Double glaze the theatre room window and upstairs floor living room window (both facing north, our facade faces west). - Upgrade upstairs ceiling batts to R5.0 Building the Votivo43 - viewtopic.php?f=31&t=88553 Building the Arden Votivo 43 Follow me here: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=88553 Re: Arden Developments 2930Jan 21, 2018 12:23 pm Hi Everyone Has anyone finished building or know what is included in Wired Service Cabinet(WSC) for NBN fitting in garage not sure any PowerPoint is in the WSC for power supply to NBN box any data points is in it. Thanks Not started building yet but as far as I know it should include a powerpoint and one data point and one telephone point. When you do your electrical make sure you nominate where you want the phone and nbn data point to terminate (i asked them to put mine under the staircase storage).
