Can anybody guide what to expect in this meeting? I found the browse to be a good opportunity to see the standard inclusions and upgrades etc. I also found we were more confused coming out of it than when we went in on the day. That being said, between browse and actual colour day we did some more research and on colour day we made decisions quite easily with the help of the Arden staff and we are very happy with what we have selected. We have tender next week so will find out soon if we can actually afford everything we want. Hi gags We had our colour browse last weekend it was so great compared to Carlisle !! Carlisle we had no one to talk to people were rushing around everywhere Arden had personalised service they could tell us everything on the spot just not pricing with some things the $$ was reasonable aswell really happy with Arden so far! Thanks annanna. I am looking forward to it this weekend. Arden Developments 1449Sep 20, 2017 10:11 am Hey Annanna, why did you decide not to build with other builder after doing colour? We too pulled out from first builder, so glad we did, Arden been so much better to deal with. Hope they are still at construction stage - 🤞 Re: Arden Developments 1450Sep 20, 2017 12:12 pm Hi All, We are building with Arden too in Doreen. We are almost at the fixing/pre-paint stage. We have been using an independent inspector for pre-pour, frame and pre-plaster. We are thinking of not getting the independent inspector for fixing/pre-plaster stage. As this is our first built, just wondering based on your experience with Arden built, do you have any problems with your plaster/windows/doors/architraves Thank you. Are you in the west and all been smooth sailing with him? Haha so true! I don't have kids either but like dad jokes.. We haven't had much chance to deal with him as we haven't even started.. Slab hasn't been poured yet and still waiting for pre-slab inspection to be done. |
