Re: Anyone Building at One Minto? 724Nov 20, 2015 4:18 pm Hi Guys, Can anyone suggest a person who makes the bricks Letterbox nearby in our area. Struggling to find which one to get. Also any idea if Bunnings one can be fitted easily? Cheers Gaggy Re: Anyone Building at One Minto? 725Nov 20, 2015 4:22 pm Gaggy Hi Guys, Can anyone suggest a person who makes the bricks Letterbox nearby in our area. Probably its better if you can catch a brick layer working around your house and ask if they can do your job after finishing work. It would be un-economic to get someone specially for this small job. Burnings ones are good too, I purchased one, levelled the ground a fitted it in a small hole, works like charm . Re: Anyone Building at One Minto? 726Nov 20, 2015 4:24 pm Guys.... I read the conditions to get the $1200 rebate from Landcom, but couldn't decide on the front fencing requirement. Should It be necessarily made small brick pillars ?? What about the mailbox? should it also be brick ? or any Masonry mail box will do? Many thanks Re: Anyone Building at One Minto? 727Nov 20, 2015 4:40 pm askanaan Guys.... Re: Anyone Building at One Minto? 731Nov 23, 2015 10:21 pm Has Anyone got the $1200 rebate for the driveway front? Is it too difficult to get. I thought only condition was to use the normal concrete for the council area. Re: Anyone Building at One Minto? 732Nov 29, 2015 7:22 am Hi guys Anyone who has got the 1200 rebate for driveway. Can you advise what else we need other than the white concrete in the front. I have seen many houses with 3 brick pillars in the front. Is that a requirement as well? Cheers G. IF any one knows if we have to do footpath crossover and filling before interim occupancy. Also if anyone has issue with neighboring fence? Hi lucky... In my case it was not required for interim. It was required for final certificate only. Good luck Re: Anyone Building at One Minto? 740Apr 26, 2016 6:11 pm lucky111 Hi guys how is everyone ? IF any one knows if we have to do footpath crossover and filling before interim occupancy. Also if anyone has issue with neighboring fence? You can move in after getting keys taken you applied via CDC. Not sure about council. We vot our interim occupancy certificate the same day we got the keys from our certifier. We though moved in after driveway was built. I paid in full to fencing guys. One of my neighbour paid fine, but other did after lot of delays and follow ups despite promising quick payment.
