Welcome Shaheen. I am building in stage 12 as well. As your solicitor explained, we have the same information as well. Land registration might be in Dec. mid. If that is the case, we have 21 days to do the payment and I will do it in Jan 2015.

After the land titles, will it be ready for registration. Like we will have 21 days to pay them? Re: Anyone Building at One Minto? 397Nov 27, 2014 7:45 am Good to see more members from stage 12. Keep us posted if anyone has any news about the land. We informed our builder Allworth homes to do the site survey for exact costs for contract. Waiting to hear feom Landcom now about the date of settlement. Re: Anyone Building at One Minto? 398Nov 27, 2014 8:28 am shaheenrs Yes you are right Gaggy... I think that comprises 15 working days, so it's not exactly 21 days. If you have holidays in between, that can take more than 21 days if that 15 work days spans across it. Re: Anyone Building at One Minto? 399Nov 27, 2014 9:43 am Hello everyone. Just to share the news. Our house reached the last stage of construction (practical completion). I've been told by the supervisor that we'll be able to move in around mid/end Jan. Not by the end of Dec as I hoped but still good. They started in the beginning of August. Thus, it'll probably take a bit more than 5 months to get everything done (including outside landscaping). Can't wait Re: Anyone Building at One Minto? 400Nov 27, 2014 9:56 am EugeneD Hello everyone.
