Looking forward to seeing how awesome your backyard looks once it's all finished off. What will you be having around the pool?... paving, decking, aggregate??? Thanks. We're having paving. 400x400 Silver grey granite & semi-frameless glass. tmwoburn Great looking pool and those lights....wow! What would you roughly say it costs for your pool? It's on top of my wish list. Congratulations on your house looks fab! Thanks very much we're happy with our selections. The pool is from Riverina and they've been great to deal with. Would definitely recommend them. The pool, including LEDs, chlorinator, filter, pump, cleaner & accessories, prep for a water feature, digging out, fitting and pencil compaction was around $21,000 (7x3.8m). We paid the deposit over a year ago so I would imagine the prices have gone up. And we paid another $600 tip fees for the dug-out sand. Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour - Couldn't make it up 995Nov 21, 2014 11:30 am tmwoburn Thanks for that. Worth every penny I'd say!! How obvious does something have to be before you think "We really ought to do that properly!"? Got into the roofspace today and saw this...... This just goes to show, how much attention the numerous SS's have shown. No-one from BT has been into the roofspace. If they had, they may have noticed all the other things that are f***ed up there. Plenty more pictures to come! Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour - DIY Extractors! 999Nov 24, 2014 8:53 am Melsie68 Are they the exhaust fans .we had 7 in total in our house .4 which were not flumed which were suppose to .and our ss didn't pick it up . Yes. The one in the pictures is for the rangehood. Although the ones for the WC and Bathroom aren't connected either. Not checked the one in the ensuite yet. Maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised. Depends how much direct sun it gets. Is there any shading (eaves or trees)? If the sun hits a window directly it doesn't matter too much if it's double or single… 1 12671 9 24816 Congratulations!
