Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour - Roofing fixed. Seriously?! 867Oct 29, 2014 12:07 am Don't know if you remember how unimpressed we were that this Colorbond was 'fixed' by filling the holes with clear silicone. Despite us telling them that we would not accept anything other that this being replaced (and another sheet close to it) and providing them a colour-coded list of repairs we expected, they've left it in place and replaced the clear silicone with black silicone. Melsie68 I like your mirror will you have a hallway table . Thanks. We've not got a table but have got a gloss white Ikea shelf unit that will be like this Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ joyfulbuilder I love the chairs! Very funky design. Cheers. I think that will look pretty cool . I cant have anything open shelf here .my kids will probley take everything out . Oh when all the kids grow up Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour - Surprise PCI 16/10 869Oct 29, 2014 12:15 am That picture was take in July but you can see it from ground level. The fact it's buckled/dented makes it stand out. We're fortunate ours are teenagers. We'll be careful not to leave food or cash on the open shelves and we should be okay. We could be even safer and put cleaning materials on there, they'd never touch that! Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour - Surprise PCI 16/10 870Oct 29, 2014 12:29 am I probley wouldnt even of notice . After been here for 5 mon I just noticed tge fasica outside had a gap underneath . I think sometimes we forget about the front coz we wont everything prefect inside . I need to have a work through out the front . But if I had a good ss he should pick these things up . Dont get me started .happy thoughts . Soooo true about money and food . Once I open a packet of lollies or chocolate I need to hide it coz when I come back to eat some .there bloody gone Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour - Surprise PCI 16/10 871Oct 29, 2014 12:36 am oncewerefurriers That picture was take in July but you can see it from ground level. Can't believe they haven't replaced those sheets, and think that shoving some silicone in the holes is acceptable?? Wow! I have arranged a meeting with our roofer coz all our ridge capping looks dented and buckled. The guy that did our roof has since been 'put off'...hmmmm! They try and convince you its ok and normal coz '50% of houses are like that.' My response was that just means that 50% of houses have also been subjected to poor workmanship! Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour - Surprise PCI 16/10 872Oct 29, 2014 12:49 am Damn, I missed the drama again! I had to laugh at your story about swearing at the tradies, I trust they were suitably chastised and will now fixed the bluddy thing up! Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour - Pool Tomorrow 875Nov 04, 2014 10:37 pm Our pool is booked to be installed tomorrow. Digging out at 7am, crane lift at 2pm. It's going to be a bit busy. Prepare for photo overload tomorrow. Plus we're booked in for our proper PCI (not Pre-CI that we did last time) on Friday. It looks like most of the things have been done and some new flashings have turned up but I'm not sure the ridge will blend in with the rest of the roof (Monument) Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Ben Trager - Secret Harbour - Pool Tomorrow 876Nov 04, 2014 10:58 pm Oh dear! As is usual for the furriers we've gone for an unusual colour choice for the pool. We'll do the big reveal tomorrow.
