Unreal, are you going to get Kurmond to do any of data cabling? I guess for the ground floor you would need to. As a single storey we can get away with post-handover cabling. My electrician will charge only $92 per data point rather than $130+. I'll still see if Kurmond would allow me electrician on site, but very much doubt it.
... looks nice! At about $1797 per 1000 bricks that's a good price, I think. As the PGH website says, rustic browns are an all-time favourite. I guess you need to decide whether you want the rough looking facebrick (like this one) or a smooth one.
We like the blue hues / colours, so we are leaning towards that, but there use to be a brown one called 'Nutmeg' that Lilac used on her Kurmond build, but it doesn't appear on the list from what I can see.
Yes I like the look of Lilac's colours / selections. Nutmeg is in the gold range I believe. Blue hues would be nice. I really don't like it when all the houses have similar colours...that's why I was hesitant with brown. But should be ok.
