Hi.We are in process of building the Eureka 22 but only passed frame stage
Congratulations. we originally wanted the Eureka but our block and guidlines didnt allow for it so we went with the aspect 22.
How have you found the build any dramas so far? is your SS a good communicator?
If you have any photos of the frame we would be so thankful.
Cos its off the plan we have been trying to get a mental image and idea of height etc.
It's been pretty good so far.Few minor defects on inspection but was sorted out promptly.We just got a new SS and aounds like a really nice bloke.We also added a HBC alfresco at the back.Nothing too fancy .Ill post some pics but will post again after we have gone to take progress pix this weekend.

Sorry no blogs.Yeah it would i imagine especially because there's no display home.We invaded someones house as they were moving in and they were kind to let us through.Was gonna go with the Aspect but the theater room attracted me.

I'm building monarch 23. Base price when I signed up was around 189k and with Fire zoning, structural upgrades and upgrading a lot of my kitchen and cat 2 bricks and the duke facade all up around 230k

I have booked for every stage.Its better that you do it as there are some things you might miss.Worth the money and for peace of mind.

For us the base Encore 18 was 169K once the site costs, estate requirements and structural changes were made the house cost was around 211K
Found out today that our land won't title until mid next year... it was meant to title this month! Ahh this is all too common.
Does anyone know how much you pay if your land doesn't title in time?
