The true "low deposit $3000" option is only available when you have someone go guarantor on your mortgage - so good for young couples who have a financially secure enough mum or dad prepared to risk their home. For everyone else the $3000 just secures the house and land. I havent, and i havent looked to much into it, but on face value its not the saviour its trying to make out to be.
