They made a small handful of changes which actually make our house better in terms of 6 star energy rating. Robert is the civil egineer and Dale it says is engaged to do built work. I assume as he's from WA he contracts people here. Probably get site supervisors namw tomorrow? It seems like eons ago we chose our colors and I actually can't remover half of them loll Everyone seems to have started or will be starting their builds soon. We're still waiting on pur land to title. Drove past over the week end and road gutters?, foot paths and cross overs have all been done - just waiting on the road to be concreted. Still hoping land will title end of September. Recently found out I'm pregnant and due mid April 2016 so fingers crossed we will be in by then. Re: Anyone building with Homebuyers Centre in VICTORIA? 2837Aug 25, 2015 7:06 pm Hey Juannamo, It's set theme graphite color scheme.we dint pay any extra fr custom colors.The only change we asked for,is living room floor tiles.They were grey in scheme but I felt they were bit darker so changed them to Carrara whites. These kitchen splashback tiles were white but they changed it by themselves to mocha. Though we chose the thinnest ones by ourselves. They Allow few changes without any extra cost.
