Thanks Zoe Re: Hickinbotham "Coast Estate" Seaford Rise 253Jul 29, 2013 11:09 pm The inside looks great! I wish I could change our tiles now...starting to worry I picked the wrong thing :/. Whats up with that roof tiling on the portico? Looks a bit weird Our neighbour who has just had handover had problems with terrible painting and windows with gaps in /not sealed etc..... so watch out for that too....tehy fixed it pretty fast though. One of the tips we got was to start writing down things wrong now, because when you have the inspection its all a bit much to pick out stuff all at once... I measured all of our windows today and they are all different sizes by up to 5 cm........glad I didnt order blinds from the plans!!!!! Thanks Zub! not exactly sure what is happening with the portico, we noticed the other day that there was a really big gap between the fascia and one of the front peers and it looked bad hopefully that is what they are fixing. We haven't noticed to many issues but we have been taking notes. I know what you mean about tile choices, I have been a little worried about our floor tile choice, but seeing it has made me feel better. Hopefully that is the same for you! Re: Hickinbotham "Coast Estate" Seaford Rise 255Jul 30, 2013 7:44 am Pity about the portico, but it'll be fixed. Everything is looking great! Re: Hickinbotham "Coast Estate" Seaford Rise 256Jul 31, 2013 11:20 pm Some fresh photos! Kitchen benches were installed today! All tiles were grouted, all ceilings have had 2 coats and caulking done. All photos were done in the dark so not so great. I wanted to go in this arvo to take some good photos but there must have been 10 blokes in there working and I didn't have the guts so we went back tonight and broke in Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Hickinbotham "Coast Estate" Seaford Rise 257Jul 31, 2013 11:26 pm The photos may not do justice to the reality, but they look great.
